Instructor Led Learning Pass Training with 100% Money Back Guarantee

certs-school, through its best learning methodology, equips its participants with the knowledge and confidence to pass the PMP® exam in the first attempt. We guarantee your success in the PMP® Exam or we will refund the amount to you.

If you do not clear the PMP® exam in the first attempt, certs-school will refund the complete amount to you.

To ensure 100% success, participants are ideally advised to take the exam within a week of course completion date or a maximum of 45 days from the completion of online classroom training.

If the participant does not clear the exam in the 1st attempt, certs-school will reimburse the training enrollment fees. For certs-school to reimburse the enrollment fees, participants are requested to provide us the scorecards of each attempt. Without the scorecards, the reimbursement will not be processed.

Participants are required to raise a request for the money-back guarantee, through Help and Support and submit scanned copies of the scorecards of each attempt along with the date of the online classroom attended.
certs-school will reimburse the amount payable within 30 days of receiving all documents. The mode of reimbursement will be the same as the mode used by the participant to pay the enrollment fees. For example, if a participant has paid through CCAvenue, certs-school will reimburse through CCAvenue.

The guarantee is applicable only for certs-school’s PMP® Instructor Led Training. It is not applicable for participants of certs-school’s online PMP® exam prep courses. The guarantee is valid only for the participants who have paid the entire enrollment fees.

As PMP® Exam is very challenging, succeeding in the same would require:
• 100% effort and commitment from participants
• Going through the online course before the online classroom training and scoring at least 80% in 3 out of the 5 PMP® full-length practice tests available online at certs-school.com.
• Participants will have access to certs-school’s e-learning course from the day of registration. Participants are advised to go through the online course (8 hours) as this will ensure a strong start in the learning process.

The guarantee becomes void, if:
• Participants do not take the PMP® examination within 45 days of the online classroom training completion date.
• Participants do not maintain 100% attendance in at least one of the 32 Hours Live Online Classroom Training sessions.
• Participants do not go through the e-learning content. 8 hours of online study is required to familiarize with the course.
• Participants fail to score at least 80% in any 3 of the 5 available online PMP® Exam practice tests available at certs-school.com
• Participants do not follow the instructions of the trainer and do not complete the exercises given in the online classroom training.
• Participants do not submit the required documents to certs-school.

Online Classroom training for Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)® is an online training conducted via live streaming of a class. The session is run by a PMP® certified trainer with over 15 years of work and training experience in the domain. The class attended by the global audience will enrich your learning experience.

All these trainings are live interactive sessions wherein you can raise concerns and discussions at any point during the class. Additionally, we also provide recordings of the sessions attended by you for your future references.

No. The exam fee is not included in the course fee as it is directly paid by you to the Project Management Institute (PMI)® for the application and examination.
